Dr. John Hollandsworth
Dr. James John Hollandsworth grew up in a rural mining community in the mountains of West Virginia. Named one of the top one hundred science students in the country as a high school student, he had a deep desire to use his gifts to serve others. He completed medical school and a family medicine residency through West Virginia University, and has called East Tennessee home for thirty years.
Although trained as a scientist, he realizes that complete health and healing must involve addressing our emotional and spiritual selves as well as our physical bodies. He has extensively studied alternative and integrative medical disciplines and completed 180 hours of advanced study with the Institute of Functional Medicine.
Dr. Hollandsworth lives in the Tri-Cities with his wife Tina. They have four children and the cutest granddaughter in the world.
