Integrated Health Concepts is an integrative healthcare practice offering holistic primary care services from Pediatric to Geriatric. We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize holistic and functional medicine protocols to address chronic illnesses and optimize wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrative care.
• Educate patients on preventive care and holistic health strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record system.
Requirements:
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Tennessee
• 3 years of experience in integrative, functional, or naturopathic medicine preferred
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy experience a plus.
