Rebecca Flora-Waterman
Becky began her career in healthcare as a lactation consultant. She owned and operated Breastfeeding Essentials online and in Kingsport for more than 13 years. She still has a great passion for breastfeeding mothers, babies, and families.
Prior to entering healthcare, she received her secondary education teaching degree from ETSU and taught middle school and high school before deciding to stay home full time with her children for a period of time.
Her pathway to becoming a nurse practitioner began with her receiving her Registered Nurse degree from Northeast State Community College in 2010. After working on a busy medical/surgical unit at Holston Valley Hospital in the capacity of Associate Clinical Leader for several years, she returned to school to pursue a Master’s Degree in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner certification. She graduated from Frontier Nursing University in 2016 with honors and began working for Integrated Health Concepts in early 2017 in the capacity of nurse practitioner.
Becky resides in Kingsport with her husband and son. She has four additional grown children and 2 daughters-in-law. She has two granddaughters. She considers her work as a nurse practitioner as a calling and mission given to her by the Lord!
