Telehealth

Integrated Health Concepts offers Telehealth visits through our Electronic Health Record, Athena. Once an appointment is scheduled, Athena will send a link immediately after scheduling. Then, two-four days prior to the appointment as a reminder. The link can be sent to a smart phone or email and can be accessed by a smart phone, tablets or desktop at the time of appointment.

Copays, deductibles, coinsurance still apply. Any account balance will also be collected at the time of check in.

Tips for ensuring a smooth telehealth visit:

  • Ensure your video and audio are accessible on the device you are using for the visit and that your device is fully charged.
  • Please check in on your device 10 minutes prior to your scheduled visit. This will provide the nurse optimal time to complete your appointment intake.
  • Be sure and have any questions written out ahead of time to refer to during the appointment.
  • Make sure to chose a location that is quiet with good light so the provider can hear and see you clearly.

To get started and to schedule a telehealth appointment, sign on to our Patient Portal. If you do not have a portal account yet, just follow the instructions to sign up. If you have any questions or experience difficulties, please call our office during our regular hours for help.

Telehealth technology enables you to connect to our providers using a smartphone, tablet, laptop with a camera, or even a basic telephone.
